Shipping policy

All items in stock are despatched within 24 hours of order. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and 24 hour for Express Delivery both of which are a Monday to Friday service with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days from despatch across the UK with additional charges applying to Northern Ireland. Express delivery of 1-3 business days is available to mainland UK addresses at additional cost. Tracking is provided on all deliveries where available. Items may be packed at the weekend and tracking information will be provided but items won't be collected by or dropped off at the Post Office until Monday mornings at the earliest. International delivery also available with timing and cost subject to size of parcel and shipping destination. At our discretion we may use Hermes/Evri, DPD or any other courier or postal service if we deem it appropriate or suitable on a case-by-case basis. 

Free click-and-collect / collect from store is available on all orders - by default all collect from stores is from our Bury boutique but if you wish to collect from our Hale boutique please complete your order and send a message via email, social media, live chat or phone advising you wish to collect from Hale. 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting in returned packages or wrong deliveries. In the event repeat postage is necessary this will be payable by you.
