When the Real Housewives of Cheshire Came to Starlight

Just a short time ago, Starlight's clinic in Hale welcomed the TV cameras and production crew from Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Regular viewers of the ITV programme will know who paid a visit for an early pregnancy scan and gave the mum-to-be and grandma-to-be their first hearing of baby's heartbeat.

It was Sophia Lugo who booked in for an early pregnancy scan with lead sonographer and midwife Laura Gardner.

Sophia is the daughter of RHOC cast member Rachel Lugo who was just as excited to hear baby's heartbeat.

We are proud of Starlight's excellent reputation but it is still daunting when a scan is going to be filmed!

We're glad everything went well and Sophia has since been back to Starlight for her gender reveal scan and a 5D bonding scan (as well as picking up some lovely items from the Starlight Boutique).

If you check out either of their Instagram accounts you are sure to see some images and video clips of baby from any of the scans.

It's not often the TV cameras come round and whilst we can't deny it was a little disruptive, the crew were all great and the whole process of setting up beforehand and then de-rigging after shooting was all done pretty quickly.
